    Refunds and Returns Policy

    BRIGHT GOODS ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

    Thanks for shopping at Bright Goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. The below steps are applicable to online orders only. If you have placed an order via phone or in person, please contact our Returns Department for more information on how to return your bulb(s) on 01276 691 230.

    RETURNS (ONLINE ONLY)

    You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your bulb(s) from the date you receive them. To be eligible for a return, you must send the bulb(s) back in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging. You have an additional 14 days to return your bulb(s) back to us. Please retain your proof of purchase.

    EXCHANGE (ONLINE ONLY)
    If you wish to exchange an item for another, you are responsible for returning the unwanted products back to us, in full working order, with original packaging, to swap for another product. You will be charged for delivery of the new products, as per our standard delivery charges.

    The delivery cost for incorrectly ordered items is non-refundable.

    REFUNDS (ONLINE ONLY) – FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    Applicable to goods damaged in transit. You can apply for a full refund or an exchange.
    Once we receive your bulb(s) back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment, please provide the details for the refund). We will refund your money back within 14 days of receiving the bulb(s) back.

    SHIPPING

    For incorrectly ordered items: you will be responsible for paying the return postage back to us. Please ensure that at the time of purchase you have checked the bulb(s) in your cart – in particular, the size, colour temperature and end cap. If you need to re-order, you can do this via the website however you will have to pay for your replacement bulb(s) to be posted to you.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrectly ordered bulb(s).

    For damaged items: if your bulb(s) have unfortunately arrived damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours and submit photographic evidence. You have 14 days to return the damaged bulb(s) back to us.

    Once we receive your bulb(s) back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the bulb(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit car (or original method of payment). We will refund your money back within 14 days of receiving the bulb(s) back.

    Return shipping costs are refundable for damaged bulb(s), you would need to provide your original payment details for a refund.
